Brian Tingle reported a problem in Pivotal Labs on February 06, 2010 03:52:
integrate entire satisfaction community gives errorI have two Satisfaction-products that I want to show up in the same "operations" Tracker-project, but "Only one active integration of this type is allowed." I would like to have more than one.
So, I tired this to try to integrate my whole community; in company, I entered http://getsatisfaction.com/dsc and I removed the URL for the product.
Now, I see this under integrations:
GetSatisfaction true http://getsatisfaction.com/http://get...
and when I try to open the satisfaction tab I get this error message:
Unable to load topics - Error occurred while retrieving Topics: Explode: --- !ruby/object:Net::HTTPNotFound body: The resource you requested does not exist body_exist: true code: "404" header: cache-control: - no-cache status: - "404" connection: - close x-content-type-options: - nosniff content-type: - text/html; charset=utf-8 date: - Sat, 06 Feb 2010 03:47:23 GMT server: - nginx/0.6.35 content-length: - "41" http_version: "1.1" message: Not Found read: true socket:-

Brian Tingle replied on February 04, 2010 07:05 to the problem "URLS in story comments are broken" in Pivotal Labs:
I think the problem is related to using semi-colons as the cgi parameter deliminator.
compare these two URL in a story
http://example.com/search?style=oac;r...
http://example.com/search?style=oac&r...
Brian Tingle replied on February 04, 2010 06:51 to the question "un-mangled URL in story; how do I do it?" in Pivotal Labs:
I figured it out...
WORKS:
http://example.com/search?style=oac-t...
WBRs:
http://example.com/search?style=oac-t...
SOLUTION:
Use the ampersand as the cgi param separator rather than the semi-colon.
